I think I’ll wrap up the pictures from Iowa today. Although this certainly makes for easy blog posts!
They were catching lightning bugs! There’s one sitting on TRMinator’s wrist. I forgot just how slow those things are!

We had to run down to Nauvoo to take some pictures in front of the temple. Holy cow it was hot and humid that day!! It was one of those days that actually made me glad I don’t live in the Midwest anymore! We took a few more pictures after this and TRMinator told me that he didn’t want to get out of the car anymore—it was too hot!
This was at my aunt and uncle’s house with their sweet dog. My lense was all fogged up. I’m not sure if it was from the humidity or what, but I’m a bit bummed that I didn’t notice it sooner!
On our way home to see dad and G-man! Although I’m not sure that G-man was as excited to see us. He really enjoyed having the place to himself!
