I know you all are dying to know what’s going on with the new house situation. Here’s what’s up, we found a house that we like, and made an offer on it with a contingency that we have 60 days to sell our house. We weren’t sure if they would go for it, because our offer was a little on the low side, but they did! Now the race is on to sell our house. Hopefully it won’t take too long. I guess that means I should start packing a few things!
